Exhibition Modern Alpine Architecture - Architektenkammer Sachsen

The exhibition of my Alpine images debuted in 2022 at the Oberstdorf Photo Summit. Since November 7, 2023, you can also view the latest images from the series at the Saxon Chamber of Architects at Goetheallee 37 in Dresden. A selection of 20 of my photographs will be presented here in the best print quality until January 9, 2024.

The new images are printed on my two absolute favorite materials. One is the very elegant and tactile Fine Art Photo Rag paper from Hahnemühle. Hahnemühle Photo Rag has a very matte surface with a fine, subtle structure. It impresses with a completely reflection-free reproduction of the prints. On the other hand, I use a printing process in the highest possible resolution as a metallic ultraHD photo print based on Fuji Crystal Pearl paper. Thanks to the special surface finish of the paper, the white areas of the photo get a metallic, glossy shimmer. The colors of the image appear to shine like a screen, and the black density is intensified at the same time, like with OLED. As an ultraHD print, the resolution is doubled again during printing. Lightweight and shatterproof acrylic glass with a thickness of 2 mm is used for the lamination of the photography. The back panel made of aluminum Dibond provides even more stability.
